By completing a purchase on First Edition Vintage, the Buyer explicitly agrees to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before finalizing your order.

Due to the volatile nature of the collectibles market and the high value of our inventory, we do not offer cash refunds for any purchases. This policy applies strictly to all:

• Graded Trading Cards (Slabs)
• Video Game Consoles and Hardware
• Sealed Software

While we do not offer cash refunds, we understand that collection goals change. We may, at our sole discretion, accept a return in exchange for Store Credit.

• If a return is authorized, the full purchase amount will be issued as a digital First Edition Vintage Gift Card.
• This credit never expires and is usable site-wide for any future inventory drops.
• To initiate a credit request, the item must be returned in the exact condition it was sent, with no evidence of tampering to the slab, case, or seal.

All items listed on the site are sold "As Is."

• We provide high-resolution imagery and accurate descriptions, including certification numbers for graded items.
• By purchasing, the Buyer acknowledges that they have reviewed the item description and images and accepts the item in its stated condition.
• We make no guarantees regarding future grading potential (e.g., "regrading" or "crossing over" to other authentication companies).

• Signature Confirmation: All orders are shipped with mandatory Signature Confirmation.
• Transfer of Ownership: Ownership of the item legally transfers to the Buyer the moment the package is signed for at the delivery address provided.
• Carrier Liability: First Edition Vintage is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
• Post-Delivery: We are not liable for any damage occurred to the item after the shipment has been tendered to the carrier or after the item has been signed for.
